The AP decided today to fact-check one of the Obama administration’s favorite claims — that they have passed so many tax cuts that Tea Partiers should be rallying to thank him. Edit: I had “tax cuts” in the title. Really this administration is peddling “tax rebates.” They are two different things. 1 works. 1 doesn’t.
